Shipping policy
All orders are made to order, from receipt of the order it will take 2 to 3 working weeks to package the garments.
Orders received after 6pm will be processed the next working day.
Your country may impose customs charges, for which we are not responsible. Purchases are shipped to the address you provided so please make sure your address is correct, if the address is misspelled we are not responsible for losses. Once the package has been delivered to the courier, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery or its disappearance.
For our shipments we rely on the Packlink platform.
Shipping cost
- Italy: €6.99 from 2 to 6 working days
- European Union: €16.99 from 4 to 9 working days
- International: currently not available
Order tracking
Each order will be assigned a tracking code which will be sent to the consumer via email by Packlink. The tracking code generally becomes active 24 working hours after receiving the shipment confirmation email.
Additional product information
Due to individual monitor settings and different batches of material, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will match the color of the product 100% exactly.
For plus sizes it may be necessary to add panels to the garment, this is due to the fact that the height of the fabric may be lower than necessary, this is not something we can choose because the fabrics are made this way.
We are not responsible for garments made to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
