Refund policy

RETURNS and REFUNDS

Our policy provides a 14 day deadline for returns. The consumer is required to return the goods within fourteen days from the date on which he communicated to the professional his decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The deadline is respected if the consumer sends back the goods before the aforementioned deadline. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Return shipping will be paid by the consumer.

For different types of goods, returns are excluded. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, intimate products, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

EXCLUSIONS OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases provided for by article 59 of the Consumer Code:
*In case of purchase of clearly personalized goods;
*In case of purchase of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons, such as cosmetics, or related to health protection, which have been opened after delivery.
Further items for which returns are excluded:
* Gift Vouchers
* Downloadable software products
* Digital downloads

Cancellations

Cancellations accepted within one hour of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you when your refund request is approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for items on sale.

Changes (if applicable)
We replace items only if they arrive at the recipient defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email to martydarksartoria@gmail.com and send the item to the following address: Corso IV November 7 10070 Cafasse TO Italy. We do not accept exchanges on custom-made products or discounted products.

Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you at the time of purchase, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of the your return.

Shipping
To make a return, send the product to the following address: Corso IV November 7, 10070, Cafasse (TO) Italy.

Shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the consumer. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to be delivered may vary.

If you need to ship an item worth over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
